包囲戦でも殲滅戦でも費用対効果考えたら作戦を実行しにくい。
まして包囲戦なんてｗｗ２の独伊のような周り全て敵国でないと不可能で
しかも制圧してもアルプスの峠を得られなければ戦略的価値はない。

そうやって「攻め込まれない」工夫がなされているのがスイスの強さだなあ。
