会社が社員にドライに接してるのに
社員には今まで通り愛社精神を示せってのは無理。
経営者自信が日本式終身雇用制度放棄したんだから労働者の意識変わって当たり前。
それ分ってない経営者が多すぎるのが日本企業の問題点。
今後は従業員が会社訴える事案が多くなり潰れる企業も出るだろうな。
それでも経営者は日本人が我儘になったとか権利ばかり主張する奴が増えたとか言って事態を理解しないだろうがな。
